1. When will my order reach me?

All orders in ready to dispatch are shipped out within 24 hours from the time of order placement. Pre-booking items will be dispatched as per the delivery timeline mentioned in the description of the product.

2. How can I track my order ?

The confirmation email contains the tracking id of the DTDC courier and you can keep a check on the same. In case of dispatches vide speed post or a change in the tracking number - the information will be emailed.

3. Can I add something to my existing order?

5. Returns/Exchange 

  • Returns /Exchanges - Returns/Exchanges are accepted only in case of wrong deliveries or damaged deliveries. In such unfortunate incidents please contact or WhatsApp +918129990814 within 2 days of receipt of the product.
  • Damages: Will replace the damaged product, no refunds in such cases. 
  • Return Package: In case of returns for exchange or damages - the product should be in the same unused condition with tags and invoice intact, any changes in the same, return will not be accepted whatsoever. The product must be neatly packed and sealed.
  • No Exchange or returns : Products bought on Sale or any Discounts or offer in any manner
  • No Exchange or returns  : Any order placed using a Store Credit or an Exchange Order.
  • No Exchange or returns: For dislike of the product 
  • Preordered items are not eligible for exchange or return or refund
  • No Cancellation of orders once placed 

A flat fees of Rs.100 is applicable on all returns.

Exchanges - Only size exchanges can be done for stitched items.

The request has to be informed vide email at or Whatsapp at +91 8129990814 or call at +91 8129990814 within 2 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order.

Refunds - As a policy, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS on products that are delivered in perfect condition. 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention the same to or Call us at +91 8129990814. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display or mobile phones display of any color will be accurate.We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Incase of any refunds : Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment.
